Michal Neugarten / 25. 5. – 8. 6. 2017 / Pecka Gallery

Portfolio of an independent exhibition of paintings by Michal Neugarten in the Pecka Gallery. The art show took place on May 25, 2017 and Milan Mikuláštík said the introductory word. He focused on connections in the development of contemporary European art and American new wave of formalism.

In this series, this is the continuation of my craving to redefine the effect as a tool used to push the boundaries of the possibilities of aesthetic expression, offering to the viewers a dynamic experience instead of another associated form of the medium, with the exception of the picture itself and its context which is being formed together with the viewer on the basis of their experiences and abilities.
